Drop-in Sessions

Welfare benefit advice drop-in sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00AM to 11:30 AM, where you can get initial advice.

Debt advice: Thursday 9: 00AM – 11:00AM

Drop in service , phone advice, email, pre-booked appointments.

This service is completely free. As we are a charity donations are greatly appreciated.

All our advice & information is free and confidential. Also, we can provide advice in Lingala, French and English.

You may have suggestions or comments to make about our service, we will certainly be grateful for any ideas about how we can improve-just speak to any of our staff or volunteers. You can also write or send an e-mail to the Foundation Mama Christine Mongi.

Complaints

If you feel unfairly treated by the Foundation Mama Christine Mongi we would appreciate you bringing it out our attention and we will do all in our power to deal with the problem.

If you wish to make a complaint, in the first instance you can speak to any of our staff. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly and professionally as possible.
